Digital Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, search engines, and email.

Content Strategy & Coordination: Support the content team in developing and publishing engaging and brand-aligned content to drive user interaction, loyalty, and conversion.

Social Media Management: Help manage and optimize our social media presence by scheduling content, engaging with the community, and monitoring performance across key platforms.

SEO & Website Optimization: Contribute to keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and enhance user experience on our website.

Email Marketing & CRM: Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and lifecycle communications to support customer retention and re-engagement.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key campaign metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and contribute insights to improve ongoing strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content, creative, and strategy teams to align messaging and optimize campaign execution.

Ad Hoc Support: Take on additional marketing tasks and special projects as assigned, contributing wherever needed to support the team’s objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong interest in digital marketing with foundational knowledge of social media, SEO, paid ads, and CRM platforms.

Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a plus.

Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, open rates, etc.) and digital KPIs.

Creative mindset with good copywriting skills and an eye for content trends.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus: Exposure to design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
