Who We Are

We’re a fast-moving startup team at the intersection of marketing, tech, and operations —
where structure meets speed, and chaos turns into clarity.

From ERP-style backend logic to real-time web automation,
we connect systems like ERP, CRM, CMS, and campaign platforms —
turning fragmented tools and scattered teams into one working engine.

We build modular, scalable systems that support growth:
syncing sales data, streamlining content updates, managing inventory, triggering lifecycle emails —
everything runs smoother, faster, more aligned.

With support from our developer team, and in sync with our marketing squad,
we are the digital glue between people, platforms, and performance.

We don’t just fix problems.
We build repeatable systems.
We don’t just respond.
We design operational structure that scales.

Key Responsibilities

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, tech, and operations — not deep in one field, but hands-on across all.
You don’t need to know everything from the start, but you do need the drive to figure things out, test tools, and bring clarity to messy processes.
It’s about building working systems, not just completing tasks — and making sure the team moves faster because of it.

  • Digital Operations Support
Assist in the daily upkeep of interconnected systems — from CMS to CRM to ERP-style tools — ensuring data flows correctly and nothing gets stuck across departments.

  • Workflow & Automation Execution
Help build, test, and maintain automated workflows across tools (e.g., lead capture → CRM sync → email trigger → task creation), so marketing, sales, and ops stay aligned.

  • Backend System Handling
Support inventory syncs, sales data connections, lifecycle email triggers, and internal dashboards. Be ready to get hands-on with systems and figure things out.

  • Website & Form Maintenance
Manage operational aspects of the website (like banners, form routing, redirects, promo logic) — ensuring updates get done accurately and on time.

  • Data Coordination & QA
Assist in maintaining clean data across platforms, checking for mismatches, duplicates, or sync errors. You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you should care about accuracy.

  • Cross-Department Alignment
Work with content, tech, CX, and marketing teams to make sure system tasks don’t fall through the cracks. Follow up, test, validate, and close the loop.

  • Issue Flagging & First Response
Monitor system glitches or broken flows (e.g., form not triggering, product not syncing). Triage the issue and either fix it or escalate with clear context.

  • Project Execution Support
Jump into rollout tasks — whether that’s uploading SKUs, adjusting CRM fields, mapping campaign tags, or supporting internal launches.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in a Relevant Field
We welcome fresh graduates — especially from programs like eCommerce, Business Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, Information Management, Digital Media, Computer Science, or Operations & Supply Chain Management.

  • Curious Problem-Solver
You’re naturally inquisitive, hands-on, and not afraid to troubleshoot, experiment, or explore new tools to get things working.

  • System Thinking (No Code Welcome)
You understand how business processes connect — like when a form submission updates a CRM, or an order syncs into a spreadsheet. No coding needed, just flow-based thinking.

  • Digital Ops Familiarity
Exposure to any of these: CMS dashboards, Google Sheets automation, email workflows, CRM tagging, simple backend settings. You don’t have to be an expert — but you’re not afraid to click around and figure things out.

  • Works Well in Ambiguity
You’re okay when SOPs are half-written or when things evolve fast. You help bring clarity, structure, and logic into messy realities.

  • Collaborative, Yet Independent
Comfortable communicating across teams (marketing, dev, ops) — but also able to own small projects or workflows with minimal handholding.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented
You enjoy turning chaos into structure: making checklists, updating trackers, noticing inconsistencies, or smoothing small gaps in systems.

  • Fast Learner with Ownership Mentality
You take initiative. You raise flags. You make improvements. You don’t just wait for instructions — you help shape the process.

What You’ll Get: Beyond Just Benefits

  • Structured Career Experience
Hands-on exposure to real-world business operations — not just tasks, but systems. You’ll help automate workflows, document processes, and support projects that impact the whole company.

  • Cross-Functional Exposure
Work directly with Marketing, Tech, Ops, and Business teams. Learn how each function operates and where you fit into the bigger picture.

  • Tool Fluency & Systems Thinking
Learn how to think in systems, not silos. Go beyond clicking buttons — understand how to break down messy flows and build logic that scales.

  • Visible Contributions
Leave with real results: dashboards, automations, and project flows you actually helped build. Work that’s easy to showcase, even in your portfolio or resume.

  • Direct Mentorship & Feedback
You’ll work alongside experienced leads who push your thinking, guide your growth, and treat you like part of the team — not just an assistant.

  • Career Trajectory
Whether you’re aiming for Product, Ops, MarTech, or Strategy roles — this is your starting point to understand how modern businesses run under the hood.

  • Full Employee Perks
    Yes, the basics are covered:
EPF, SOCSO, annual leave, medical benefits, year-end bonus, onboarding training, and all the essentials that support your growth in a real working environment.

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, hands-on, and eager to turn chaos into clarity.
If you enjoy breaking things down, connecting dots across teams, and want to grow where tech meets business — we’d love to hear from you.
