Key Responsible

Content Ideation & Planning: Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand strategy, seasonal trends, and marketing goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaign-related content calendars.

Multi-Platform Content Creation: Produce high-quality, platform-specific content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), including short-form videos, photos, carousels, reels, and stories.

Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Craft clear and engaging scripts or captions that enhance storytelling, drive action, and maintain audience interest across formats.

On-Camera Presence or Direction: Either appear in front of the camera (if comfortable) or direct shoots with clarity and creativity to achieve desired content outcomes.

Basic Editing & Visual Enhancement: Edit content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar to ensure brand consistency, pacing, and visual appeal.

Trend Monitoring & Adaptation: Stay up to date with platform trends, audio memes, and visual styles. Propose content concepts that keep the brand culturally relevant and algorithm-friendly.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, videographers, and marketers to ensure content is aligned with campaigns and product launches.

Analytics & Optimization: Review performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and adjust content strategies based on insights and feedback.
- Asset Management: Maintain an organized library of video assets, including raw footage, project files, and final exports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in content creation for social media, with a portfolio showcasing diverse formats and platforms.

Strong copywriting skills and a sharp sense for storytelling, tone, and visual language.

Familiarity with social media algorithms, best practices, and audience behavior.

Proficiency with basic editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).

Comfortable working in both independent and collaborative settings.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field is a plus, but not required with relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
