We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketer to join our team at Internex. You’ll manage day-to-day operations across our online sales channels, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, from product listings and promotions to campaign execution and fulfillment. Key Responsible:

  • Online Store Management: Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, ensuring smooth and timely execution.

  • Product Listings & Inventory Coordination: Maintain and update product listings, pricing, stock levels, and promotional assets to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute online campaigns, flash sales, and promotional activities to drive traffic, sales, and customer engagement.

  • Sales & Customer Behavior Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze customer behavior, and evaluate campaign effectiveness to optimize future strategies.

  • Order Fulfillment & Customer Support: Manage order processing, coordinate with logistics partners, and respond to customer service inquiries to ensure a seamless buying experience.

  • Logistics & Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with warehouse teams and third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient stock movement and delivery processes.

  • Content Support: Assist in creating basic visual or video content for social channels such as TikTok and Instagram when required.

  • Performance Reporting: Track KPIs, sales targets, and campaign performance, and assist in preparing regular reports and dashboards.

  • Market Trend Research: Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online sales, or digital retail management.
  • Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Basic understanding of social media content and short-form video trends is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, independent, and capable of managing operational workflows.
