We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our team and patients. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming environment while supporting smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsible

  • Reception & Customer Guidance: Greet patients and visitors warmly, provide basic consultation and guidance, and answer general inquiries related to products and services.
    接待顾客,为顾客提供基本咨询和引导,解答一般性问题,产品和服务的疑问。
  • Registration & Cashier Operations: Manage in-store registration, appointment check-ins, and payment processing to ensure smooth and accurate billing.
    负责店内顾客登记、挂号及收银结账工作,确保账目准确无误。
  • Call Handling & Appointment Booking: Respond promptly to phone calls, address customer inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling with efficiency and professionalism.
    负责接听电话,及时处理顾客来电咨询和预约登记。
  • Front Desk Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to ensure a positive first impression for all visitors.
    管理前台接待区,保持环境整洁有序。
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative duties such as organizing documents, filing forms, and updating basic inventory records.
    协助日常行政事务,如资料整理、表单归档和库存登记。
  • Event & Customer Support: Support in-store event promotions and customer engagement efforts, including the distribution of promotional materials.
    支持店内活动的宣传和客户维护工作,协助发放宣传资料。
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with team members to enhance overall service quality and create a seamless customer experience.
    与店内其他团队成员保持良好沟通,共同提升客户体验。

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude; fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is preferred.
    具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识,普通话、粤语及英语流利者优先。
  • Proficient in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office and related software.
    熟悉基本电脑操作,如 Microsoft Office 软件等。

  • Detail-oriented with strong adaptability and the ability to perform well under pressure.
    工作细心,有较强的应变能力和抗压能力。
  • Fresh graduates or individuals interested in the service industry are encouraged to apply.
